MailCalm for Mac

MailCalm provides email round robin for Microsoft 365 team inboxes. It routes each new enquiry, lead or support request to the next eligible person and forwards the allocation to their normal inbox.

One designated Mac runs MailCalm. Managers use the Control Panel to configure team members, schedules, availability and routing rules. Ordinary team members do not install MailCalm or use another dashboard. They simply receive allocated emails in their existing inboxes.
